What is this. It connects to a jusb2 slot but I only have one and my case has 2 of these. Do I newd a new motherboard. It's an rgb case.

That is a USB3.0 Connector.

looks like that on a motherboard.

If you don't have one, the front USB3.0 ports (blue in color) will not work.
I have yet to see a motherboard with 2 of those ports and most cases only have one connector (that connector can control many ports), perhaps the other connector was for USB3?

The case is Cougar Gemini T Tempered Glass Mid Tower RGB LED Gaming Case with tool-less side panels. Not sure if that helps. Waiting on a psu so I can test.
