What are these files?

Can someone explain to me what these files are? and are they malicious or are they for Windows/A program?

Are they needed or can I remove them?
EDIT: last two sorry had no file in it, its the same as the first two.

They are legitimate files, and are apart of Internet Explorer.

Go ahead and leave them.

I've had my PC since the summer, and I noticed they came about the 19/11/2013. Were they in an update or something? and are they all in the legitimate directorys?

More than likely they came down as apart of either Internet Explorer 10 or 11 (probably 11)

Yep, they are in the correct folders.

Well what do you know, I don't use IE alot, but it seems on the 19/11/2013 I had an IE 11 update, at the same time those files were created, and has updates for loading pages and security, which I suppose would be for java. Thanks for helping!
