I've been using this case for almost a year, and I still can't figure out what these holes are for...

To be precise, those series of small, two-row holes, and a longer one above the 2.5 inch HDD. They are located on the right side of the motherboard (when looking at the PC from the acrylic side), near the intake fans, right next to the 24-pin ATX connector. I've tried installing my 120mm fans, it didn't fit. 2.5 SSDs also didn't fit. The screws didn't match the holes. Side note, the case doesn't have side vents (like the NZXT H500 for example), so it's not for ventilation..

What are they for?? I just can't figure it out..

EDIT : Accidentally hit post when I was writing the post, so the post may appear incomplete.. My bad.

You mean the old, beige, DVD drives?? Well, that's odd. My case doesn't have any openings on the front side, it's solid metal. There's literally no way to access the drive if I do actually install one. Weird decision by the case's designer for sure.
Beige, red, black, pink, doesn't matter, important thing is that's for 5.25" drive, there were even HDDs of that size. If there' no whole cage than they used same backing plate from some other case.

Makes sense. I have a very cheap case, they probably pulled the backplate out of some other model and just put it in mine. Anyway, thanks for clearing out my confusion though..
