What are these Lights?

Can I use these on a ASRock FM2A68M-DG3+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard paired with a APEVIA ATX-BT550W ATX Passive PFC Power Supply ? I forgot I had them and I dont know what case I got them out of but its long gone in the trash and I didnt build it and do not see and connections for them on my board so I am wondering, can I used them> Is it an adapter of some kind i need?
