When you were in the Registry did you make any changes?
It appears that you toggled the presentation format of the drive designation.
What is now being shown in your first image is (are) the Drive Mount GUIDs. (Device ID)
Open Powershell on your computer and run the following cmdlet
Get-WMIObject win32_volume | Format-List -property Label,DriveLetter,DeviceID,SystemVolume
You should be able copy the single line above and then paste it at the PS> prompt.

If the Device IDs match then we know that, somehow, the name format in your window was changed.
Once that is verified then the focus will be to undo that change. And hopefully without any registry edits.
Did you back up the Registry before going into Regedit?
