Question What are these?

Okay so i was going to deframent my drives wene i noticed these weird things in my defragment drive list, i just want to know what they are and what i should do with them. Also i don't have any unformated discs or any unassigned disc. I only have two drives one SSD and a HDD. I have not seen those things before.

The first image is from Defragment and Optimize Drives > Optimize Drives - Correct?

Enhet = Unit (Drive ?)
Medietyp = Media type
Senast analserad = Last Analyzed

When you were in the Registry did you make any changes?

It appears that you toggled the presentation format of the drive designation.

What is now being shown in your first image is (are) the Drive Mount GUIDs. (Device ID)

Open Powershell on your computer and run the following cmdlet

Get-WMIObject win32_volume | Format-List -property Label,DriveLetter,DeviceID,SystemVolume

You should be able copy the single line above and then paste it at the PS> prompt.

If the Device IDs match then we know that, somehow, the name format in your window was changed.

Once that is verified then the focus will be to undo that change. And hopefully without any registry edits.

Did you back up the Registry before going into Regedit?

You are correct about the first picture
Enhet = Is the drives
And the other ones are correct.
I didn’t do anything in regedit i just opend it because when i was looking for an answer to this but I couldn’t find a answer. So yeah didn’t do anything in the regestry. The only thing i have done in there recently is i removed a thing relatad to Pulseway because i f:ed up the installation at first and then I couldn’t install it again so i looked up solutions and removing that didn’t work but i did another thing and that worked. I will explain more later.

Pulseway for remote management and monitoring - correct?

Not familiar with it (full disclosure) but I would not be surprised if that software (if indeed Pulseway) was a contributing factor.

Was Pulseway a full version or demo version?

You are correct about Pulseway.
Pulsway has a free version were you can have up to two devices monitored, i also have teamviwer and that is the private verison for personal use, it's free version.
Okay so now i just looked and i only have two of those volume things in defragmentation.
The two volume things match up with two of the \\voulume in powershell
