What better the Asus Nvidia GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II OC or Asus GTX 780 Ti Matrix Platinum

Hi I'm looking in to getting a new card and wasnt sure what to get as I can get both around the same prices or is there not much in it so What better if any the Asus Nvidia GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II OC or Asus GTX 780 Ti Matrix Platinum.

Direct Cu because the platinum is for ln2 users, you're paying for memory defrosting and features that are only useful for hardcore ln2 overclockers, if you don't ln2, then just get the CU II as it offers same performance but minus the ln2 features

My answer is leaning against the DirectCU II version because that cooler has got very good reputation and i actually use one for my pc and its working really good, low temps and its quiet.

The Matrix Platinum just has additional features, and personally I like the way its designed. It even has a blower style fan built into the original fans for expelling heat out the back.

Also I like the Load indicator. Very sexy.

Yes, but not worth, for a 780 ti CU II you can get the 290x matrix platinum if you really like those features
