Hi. I have msi h77ma-g43. Just interesting what bios version I should install? It should be newest by release date, or something? Or leave motherboard factory bios version (well it's too late, I flashed to newest release bios version 1.D).

you only need win 10 home

Do you have win 10 licence or do you want to upgrade a win 7 or 8 one? If you don't have a win 10 license now, I would upgrade to 10 from whichever os you have now, to make sure win 10 activates itself against your licence.

As for drivers, this also depends on if you have a win 10 licence or want to upgrade an old license.
- if its a fresh install of win 10 with a new license, win 10 will likely have default drivers that match most of your hardware, still helps to check hardware sites after as they not always the newest drivers
- the drivers you install on 7/8 are likely to need newer versions to match win 10, so when you install them is up to you. Win 10 pretty good at finding right drivers after the fact.
Thank you. What windows 10 edition is good for simple user, gaming, etc.? Also what is better way to do upgrade from win 7 or 8.1? Should I install drivers first, then upgrade to windows 10? Or upgrade to win 10 and make windows update? It's install all drivers and software automaticaly?

Thanks again. Today I work long with windows 10 installation. Just one question. What antivirus and antimalware good for windows 10? For long years I used avast and malwarebytes, adblocker for browser. How with windows 10? I somewhere heard it's have integrated antivirus.
