What bitrate on obs?

Hey I just got new internet that might be sufficient for streaming I’m not sure tho.ive been told to keep my bitrate lower than 3000 for best performance can someone help?

I’m not sure what bitrate or resolutions I need to be streaming at or what resolutions I should use
