Type, DDR4, Brand. Kingston is traditionally most compatible with AMD systems, I always stick to them for AMD.
Personally have a pair of Kingston HyperX KHX3600C17D4/8GX
running at Cl16.

If you want relatively cheap RAM (Samsung B-die is twice the price, roughly):

Around 100 $, 16 gigs
Ballistix 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL16
Kingston Fury 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL 16 Renegade

Around 200 $, 32 gigs
Ballistix 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL16 Black
Kingston Fury 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL 16 Renegade

All of those kits most likely are using Micron chips, Rev B or E. I would lean towards Rev B. I have Rev E and out of the box it is 3600 Mhz @ 18-22-22. I have it running at 3800 Mhz @ 16-21-16, Kingston Fury Beast. I would have liked Crucial Ballistix but none was available at the time.

Here are the G.Skill memory kits that have been validated for the motherboard model:

https://www.gskill.com/configurator...del=1603952591&adSearch2=Tested_Speed§3200MHz,

Any one of these kits can run at full speed by enabling XMP Profile in BIOS. Makes for an easy set up. DDR4-3600 CL16 kits may be compatible with the latest BIOS, however, it has not been validated so some additional adjustment may be necessary. In any case, G.Skill support is available for assistance.

Here are some available DDR4-3600 CL16 options:

If you don't care for RGB LEDs, this Samsung B die kit is $99:

That kit can maximize CPU/system capabilities.
