Hello. I am buying a Radeon R7 260X, but I can't decide between the brands: ASUS, MSI and Sapphire. Are there any differences in cooling, gaming performance, mining performance, dual monitor support or noise level? Thank you.

Solution
They all support dual monitors, Sapphire supports triple monitor without the use of Displayport(FleX technology) if you get the Dual DVI version.

As far cooling goes, they all have Heatpipes and aluminum Sinks but the Asus card has dual fans which will move more air.

The rest should be nearly identical.

I would go with ASUS as their cards usually have lower noise and temperature levels as it also has 2 fans unlike MSI and Sapphire models.ASUS also makes a few minor tweaks other manufacturers don't but in terms of performance you won't find any big difference.

The differences I found were the core clock speed was:

Asus at 1188, MSI at 1175 & Sapphire at 1150 MHZ. (I don't know what that means)

The Memory speed was also different:

Asus at 7000, Sapphire at 6600 & MSI at 6500 MHZ. (I don't know what that means ether)

Asus came out ontop both times and has two fans. Maybe I will go this this.

Auss also says PCI Express 3.0 x16 vs PCI Express 3.0 of the other two. I don't know what that is?

Clock speed differences dont matter, you could overclock them yourself to the level ASUS has.
The PCI-E 3.0 versions are the same.

I know that the Sapphire cards come with Hynix memory which is great for overclocking, plus no other company offers FleX.

The only reason to get ASUS over the others is higher clock rates, which dont matter when you can easily Overclock the other cards to match.

Especially the Sapphire card, since they all come with Hynix RAM(Very high quality).

What how does the different PCI connections work between the Asus and the rest? MSI 970A-G46 for the motherboard. Also the Asus has 2 fans. If they all truly work the same. I will probably go with the Asus.

PCI-E 3.0 x16 is just the long-winded way of saying PCI-E 3.0. All modern graphics cards are x16.
