I got a Dell Insporison, with a dell monitor(size?) got that at a store, for about 720$. The Dell came with 8GB of ram, memory is unknown, dvd player and a normal 300 watt power supply, and all the normal stuff. It was a display, so they give a 80$ discount or some thing. Then I got a second monitor(a little older, but still good). Then bought a msi gtx 550 video card for about 189$, could of got the same kind, but a different brand at best buy for less or just about 100$, then I had to get a 60$ 550 watt power supply or some thing at Best Buy for the graphic card.
In total, I have a Dell Insporison, 1 Dell monitor, 1 Gateway monitor(a little old), and 1 msi gtx 550 video card with 1 550 or 500 watt power supply for about 969$.
With an idea already of your hardware needs, I might suggest a boutique builder such as CyberPowerPC or iBuyPower or XoticPC or any of the others that specialize in custom builds (they can be found by searching for "Custom Gaming PC"). Another popular choice is to use a pre-built (or slightly customizable) Alienware (Dell's Gaming Division) computer (usually a bit more expensive than the boutique builders).
Hope it helps

Yea it helps thinks would I just have to order it off the website

I would suggest buying a system that uses 'regular' or standard parts (like the type you can buy off the shelf) than a system with proprietary parts. Down the road you will be able to upgrade or modify it. If it has proprietary parts then you are pretty much stuck with what you have and have to replace the whole works. A lot of computer shops will assemble something like this for you, install the OS and deliver it smoothly running.
