EVGA is the best for customer service and MSI is probably the best for card quality, but Asus is probably excellent for card quality too. 3GB models are a little better than the 2GB models even if you don't use 2GB of VRAM capacity due to the odd memory configuration.
I don't recommend using a GTX 660 TI because they are extremely unbalanced cards. I recommend the Radeon 7870 more if you overclock and the Radeon 7950 whether or not you overclock if you want to spend more money (it has a similar price to the 660 TI). AMD's cards are far better for overclocking and the 7950 has better stock performance than the 660 TI. Even a Radeon 7850 can meet or beat the 660 TI when you overclock both cards.
You probably don't overclock, so I recommend the 7950. If you want a 660 TI anyway, then again, I'd choose between EVGA and MSI, which one you choose depending on whether you value customer service over the quality of the cooler.
