What Build Can Run League of Legends @ 60fps (at least medium or high)? I have only $250 :(

Maybe it's a little too demanding, but is it possible to build a PC that can run LoL @60fps for around $219? $250 or less is preferred. I can get Windows myself.

This will run the game AND can be upgraded with a gpu in the future to play almost every game out there currently. The apu build by Cdog is on a dead platform and has no future really. This one has a lesser gpu but will still run LoL and has a future once you add a gpu.

Sure but intel graphics will struggle to play lol at decent frames as a decent reasolution untill he gets a gpu unless he buys one now

According to a bunch of googling the average frame rate of the hd610 with 2133mhz ram in Lol at medium 1080p is 59 fps.

DO NOT get an APU, or either of the above two builds, both are coming out.
AM3+ and FM2 are long dead platforms, stay away.
Spend a bit more and get a better board, way better value, and this board is a bargain atm.

I am playing DOTA 2 on a G3220 on integrated GPU, 1440x900, I lowered settings below what I like, but LOL is much less demanding.
