What build to choose Whats more quality friendly

1st corsair RM650 i5 3570k gtx770 lightning z77 mpower
2nd cx750 corsair r9 290 tri x fx 6350 990fx extreme3?

out of these 2 options , the first
GTX 770 is a little slower but has enough power
not a fanboy of AMD FX-

The R9-290 is a stronger graphics card.
The 3570K is a stronger cpu.

The GTX770 is plenty of graphics for a 1080P monitor; I think I would pick the 3570K option.
In the future, it is easier to change out a graphics card than a cpu.
