Solution

You should probably purchase a Seasonic or corsair PSU, hooking the cables back up is incredibly easy; it's not that hard you can do it. If you run into trouble you can start a new...
You should have a long cable that is six-pin on both ends.

You will plug that into the PSU and run it into the GPU. You may also have cables with 2 6-pins at one end, use that if you have one.

Do not use that cable you are holding in image, that is a 6 pin to 2x molex for other things in the case.

You need a cable like this:

http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-500w-700w-modxstream-pro-power-supply.html i have the 600w version. and no none of the cors are marked pci-e, they came with my graphics card and i dont have another way to hook it up to my card currently and i need to buy a cord that will power it (geforce gtx 670)

the only slots i have left on my psu is the one i took a picture of which has 8 slots and idk what to do im just very confused

it will be the cords with the red ends that plug in to the red on the power supply. they are marked PCI-Express on a tag on the wire its self.

even though the end on the psu may have 8 the end you will use will have 6 solid that will plug in and leave the other 2 unplugged from the card. this is normal.

no what im saying is i dont have cables to plug into my powersupply and my gpu. i need cables that plug into my power supply which is the two red slots in the second picture i posted and on the other end of the cable i need whats on the first picture

I think what you have is a molex to 6 pin pci-e power adapter.
It is intended for those with an older psu that dis not have a 6 pin pci-e power connector that your graphics card requires.
You can probably ignore it.

Your PSU should have a variety of removable cables, one end of which will have the required 6 pin pci-e connector, and the other end will fit into the psu.
These cables are keyed so that they fit only one way. Look at the shape of the openings, and which ones are blocked.
Do not force anything, and you will be all right.

If you bought the psu used, the seller probably lost the cables. Easy to do if you do not use them all.
If you bought it new, you are missing parts and should return it for a complete package.

i literally have no cables at all for my computer thats why im saying i need to order some that will hook my graphcis card which has two slots up to the

here is a picture of the slots for my gpu

I see you have cables plugged into here, in the red square I drew, where did you plug those into? I don't think I am misunderstanding you.

*EDIT* Did you plug 4 of those 6 pin to molex into into these slots? Maybe your just missing the cables then, bought it used?

it was a prebuilt pc that i got a few years ago and did not come with any cables. and yes all my alots on the psu are used up except the red colored ones

Okay, sorry I was thinking you put cables wrong place or something along those lines at first. Okay, so you just need to get new 6 pin cables. You should contact the OCZ and request new PCI cables if you have a warranty active for it.

If you'd look at my original post I told you that your PCIe power connectors are going to be the cables that plug into the red slots on your PSU as they satisfy the +12V requirements for graphics cards. The ends of those red plug cables are going to either be 8 pin or 6+2 pin PCIe power connectors.

The black connectors you showed in your original post use 3.3V and 5V which are used almost exclusively for things like hard drives, SSDs, and DVD drives.

ok let me try this again. all my slots in my power supply are taken already, i need a cable to plug into the red part of the power supply(thats in the second picture) and on the other side of the cable i need it to be whats in the first picture. i need it to hook directly from my powersupply into my graphics card but idk what cables to get

As it sounds like you're missing the cables that plug into those red connectors on your PSU you're going to need to contact OCZ about getting replacement cables. Otherwise you'll have to use molex to PCIe power cable adapters (not recommended at all). Other route you could go is just buy a new PSU that has the necessary cables...

like i said in my post contact OCZ and ask for the PCI-E power cables for your PSU.

Edit: edogawa gave the link to OCZ's support.

where can i buy that cable at?

Yea, like I said, contact OCZ: http://www.ocztechnology.com/support/

Calling them should be the fastest route. Tell them your missing the cables for the 8 pin PCI ports.

EDIT: Not all modular cables are the same I believe, so you can't simply buy a new one, you may cause an issue mixing cables from another PSU with the one your using too.

That's not entirely true, with enough pressure it's very possible to fit an 8-pin EPS +12V connector into an 8-pin PCIe connector and vice-versa.
