What cable is this?

So this cable is a 3.5 mm male to male but one end has 2 black rings and the other has 3 rings. i've looked in every store but none have had them. Since i dont know what this cable is called i have had no luck finding it online.

If you could possibly link me to a website that sells this cable that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming this is possibly for a game console (Xbox or PS), in which case you would be looking for a chat cable or talkback cable.
