What cables do I need to plug in a HDD?

I plan on getting this HDD:

I currently have an old SATA II HDD but the new one is just a bare drive so I don't know if my old connector (the little black plug the goes in the back) will go with this SATA III HDD. In other words, do SATA II and SATA III use the exact same cable configuration? Also, what kind of power plug will I need for the new HDD? Will it just need a 4-pin molex from my PSU?

EDIT: I'll be getting this motherboard, will the included cables be enough?

Solution
Yup the sata 2 cable will work fine, for power you need a sata power connector.

They are flat and look something like this:
