What cables do I need?

I'm looking to purchase an Acer 25" smidpx G257HU monitor (2560x1440p) which appears to have 1x VGA and 1x DVI (unsure what type) connector. I need to connect it to my GTX 980 (non-ti) card which has 1x DVI (unsure what type) 3x DisplayPort (unsure what version) and 1x HDMI (again unsure what version) and I need to carry the maximum 1440p resolution. Any adapters or converters I'm willing to use, but what do I need?

Due to the monitor only does 60hz you could use the HMDI.

3840x2160 @60 Hz (2.0)

I would suggeest the DVI which if new the monitor should have them both.

DVI. If you don't have one laying around then go ahead and pick up a dual link DVI so that you don't have to worry about limited bandwidth.
