Solution USAFRet Nov 10, 2018 I have a long running test of a Win 10 Pro, installed in a VM, to test exactly this. Installed on Dec 8 2016. 702 days. 1. Randomly appearing watermark at bottom right. 2. No personalization of the desktop or taskbar. That's it. It otherwise runs exactly as an Activated version. Gets all the regular updates, no performance changes...nada.
