What can be the best possible ram for my motherboard?

My motherboard is H81M-DS2. Will it be faster if I insert another ram along with my current hyperx fury which is 8gb?
and if possible, what can be the best ram for my mootherboard?.

If you want to add more ram in spite of having one stick of ram currently, it's always good practice to populate the slots with a kit as opposed to mixing and matching rams.
