what can be wrong or damage.. GPU, OS or MB

as it stars on bios it seem to work fine bios boots fine then win7 boots and the screen goes black system stay on, sometimes ask me to use win repair when I reset the system but no luck.. before it would do only on my gtx460 now I have the same problem my gtx560 GPU...
I formatted my mSSD system did work ok but after install the driver for any of GPU I got the same problem..

Are you sure you are not using more power than you actually have?

make sure all usb peripherals are disconnected, like headsets, phones, ipods, printers, etc.

I have tried a corsair gs600 same problem...
