What can cause Cool Boot BSOD?

-If you already discarded the HDD and the OS, (tried 2 different HDD formated both and did clean install) still got BSOD.

-You already discarded the RAM (Ran mem test 2 hours (2 phases) first with no errors, then another day ran it 3 ours (3 phases) no errors).

-Discarded the GPU (i already booted without the gpu and still got a BSOD).

I had this extrange issue where neither the mouse or the keyboard to respond in menus like the ones when you are installing a new OS or when trying to select the options of the widnows repair, they always work on the BIOS or the OS tough, also tried to boot the computer without any USB devices connected and still got a BSOD.
