what can i disable BIOS for FPS

I want to know if disabling C6 state and SVM increase FPS or make games run smoother.
should I disable core turbo and will it give me more FPS and what can I disable for more FPS
what other stuff should I enable and disable for ever thing to run smoother and games to run FPS faster???

There is no tweak, software or hardware that will overcome old or inadequate hardware. Upgrade or deal with how your games run. This is like the 4th or 5th topic related to this that youve made this morning. Turn off your mods if you want Skyrim to run better.
