What can I do about my seemingly unresponsive Radeon SAPPHIRE HD 7950 GPU

When its all plugged in, i get no display on my monitor and an illuminating "VGA_LED" light on my motherboard.

So, i stole my brothers graphics card to see if it was an issue with my card, or any of the cables that plug into it. using the same cables, the other graphics card worked. Thus, its not the PSU, the motherboard, or anything other than the GPU that appears the be the issue (correct me if i'm wrong).

So now, what can I do? how do i get my GPU to give a display again.

If it matters, last night i was gaming and all of a sudden a white screen appears with gray bars hashed throughout. then it stopped working =(

You've verified your computer works, but you haven't verified the card works. Plug it into your brother's computer and see. For reference, a 1050 Ti is a new card that has similar performance. So if you have to replace this card then keep that in mind.

heya, thanks for the input. I've put the card into his system and the same response was given: no display. rip
Now with cyber monday i'll just be looking for a new card =(
