What can i do besides undervolting, to bring temperatures down ?

I am planning to do:

(1) Re-apply the CPU thermal paste.
(2) Use a higher CFM fan.
(3) Undervolt the CPU.

Is there anything else I can do to cool the laptop further ? I have already considered power options so don't mention that ....

You might be able to lower the CPU clockspeed.
