What can i do to improve this pc im about to build?

Hi im building a new gaming/video production rig and it needs to play games at at least 30 fps while recording. This rig should be able to do that but i want to know where i can trim some fat or improve this rig. Now as for extra stuff (ssd, monitors, etc) I will buy after i get the main parts. Try not to recommend stuff that is really high in price thanks!

1000W PSU is not necessary. A 750W gold certified is MUCH better!

if you're not an enthusiast overclocker, consider scrapping that motherboard and cooler for something more reasonable, like Asrock's Z77 extreme3/extreme4 or one of Asus' P8Z77 series around the same price along with a CM Hyper 212 EVO. as long as you're not unlucky enough to end up with a sub-par CPU, you should be able to OC it up to 4.2-4.3ghz.

if you've got no plans to setup a tri-7950 crossfire, 700-850w is plenty for a dual 7950 CF, or 550-650w for a single 7950, preferably from Antec, Corsair or Seasonic, for some assurance in quality.

you should have saved up a bit there to grab an SSD, a WD Velociraptor, or 2-4 7200rpm drives in RAID 0, as a dedicated fraps drive. not into game recording but i do keep hearing that a faster drive helps to keep fps up in gaming while using fraps.

Well im going to overclock it because i need as much power as possible for what im using this pc for. So are my parts ok or are there better options? Also later on i will do crossfire but thats it.

if you're going to crossfire, an mATX board is going to be a tight fit. possible, but tight.

if you're going to OC this beyond the recommended 4.2-4.3ghz threshold, then prepare to see some high temps even with an H100. you'll need all the luck you have if you plan to get a 3770K that can OC up to 4.4-4.5 without the need to raise the voltage, and in turn the massive heat produced.
