What can I do to make my Intel HD Graphics3000 be as good or better then an ATI 1650

I using "Searto DJ Videos" But the video card in my Toshiba Satellite s855-s5251 is not compatible. What drivers can I download that is as good or better then an ATI 1650

I'm no expert on integrated graphics but I'm fairly confident all you can do is download the latest drivers from Windows Update and hope for the best.
