What can I do to make this build more cost effective, yet faster?

Hey guys, I just finished putting together this build for my gaming pc. I got some input from other members and this is what we came up:

My Questions:

What can I do to bring the price down?
Is this the best setup for this price range?
Are there better parts out there I can use?
Will this build be able to run almost all games on max settings?

you can get rid of the CPU cooler, since yours will come with one. Also, get 1600 RAM instead... and buy a monitor from craigslist and you can get a cheaper wifi adaptor.... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0079XWMEI/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

also, check on Amazon. Depending on what state you live in..... you might not have sales tax. And if youre a student, you can get free Prime (2 day shipping)

- Get 1600Mhz RAM, 1866Mhz brings no real benefit.
- Do you really need a wireless NIC?
- An XFX 550W Core PSU would do just fine and is cheaper
- Do you really need an optical drive, could you pull one from an old machine?

2. For a $900 gaming rig its pretty good.

3.
- I would spend the extra $5 for a 212 EVO over the 212+.
- Would spend a bit more for a better cooler on that 7950.

- The HAF912 is a bit bare on features, would opt for something like Zalman Z9+ at that pricepoint.

4. For the immediate future yes, especially after overclocking (which the 6300 really benefits from).
