[SOLVED] What can i do to my i7-3770

Hi,im planning on upgrading from i3-3240 to i7-3770 on my lenovo ih61m mobo.
I heard that this i7 stock comes with 3.4Ghz,and when turbo boost enabled goes to 3.9Ghz.
Now i know that i have a OEM board, which doesnt supports overclocking or anything, but where do i enable this turbo boost?

Solution
There's no concerns buying a used CPU that can't be overclocked.

3.9GHz is the max frequency with a single core loaded. (I'd have to look at my own 3770, but) 2-3 cores loaded = 3.8 GHz, and 4 cores loaded = 3.7GHz.

The base frequency determines the TDP (thermal design power) of the CPU. There's a lot to explain about, maybe have a read though this article first, then let us know if you have questions still.

It's enabled by default.
So what your are saying is that when i get my i7,it will be 3,9Ghz automatically.
If so why does intel even bother with saying that the stock speed is 3,4Ghz,but when turbo enabled it is 3,9Ghz.
Also im buying it from a local online shop so does that even matter?
I heard that used cpus are very similar to unused ones, that is if there are no phisycal flaws.
Also the guy has done 3 or 4 benchmarks for me,and he showed me CPU-Z info and everything is how it should be.
Thanks for the advice :)
