[SOLVED] What can i do with my old ram?(Its really old)

I have two sticks of 512 MB DDR1 400 Mhz RAM from my old pc which our relatives gave us,now i have a better pc,but my new PC's motherboard only supports DDR3 Ram and the old pc is broken and some parts are still working including the ram but i dont think we will ever fix it,so what do i do with the ram,can i sell it?

Money wise its worth 1 coffee at starbucks,if even that.
But i think has more a of sentimental value.

They sell for about $5.
I would not bother.
