[SOLVED] What can I do with this computer?

Recently I was given a Dell Latitude 3350 13.3" laptop with Intel i3-5005U, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, and Windows 10 Pro. What can I do with this computer? Can I run QuickBooks on it? What are its limitations? Can I upgrade it in any way? Thanks!

That should be fine for QuickBooks and office work. According to Crucial you can upgrade to 16GB RAM and install 2.5" SSD.

Since it has a solid state drive in it already, and you are just going to be using it for basic things, there is no need to change anything. CPU, RAM and drive are good for normal use. Anything outside of gaming or storing large amounts of files you can do with that system. A 128gb drive is plenty for Windows and several programs, you just can't install 20,40 gb modern games on that thing.
