Question what can i do?

i have disabled integrated graphics from bios, my pc is not starting ,only black screen .......even i can not go to bios setting ,,what can i do?

Reset bios defaults via the cmos clr jumper or button.

what bgnastyid wrote or turn off the PC and remove the CMOS battery for 5 mins, then put it in and try again.

Reset the CMOS. There will either be a jumper, a button, or a battery. If you have to take the battery out, leave it for 5 minutes, then put it back in.
