What can I expect from this build?

I3 4160 3.6ghz cpu
AsRock z97 micro ATX mobo board
8gb hyperx fury ram
Asus r9 270x 2gb graphics card
600w power supply
1tb western digital hard drive
Silverstone Raven 05 pc case

What do you think? What sorta performance could I get while gaming/streaming/ video editing? ( yes I know it's i3 and best for single thread applications)

I have already bought these parts and looking a build in next couple days, so any changes you might suggest would be upgrades later on, but would be much appreciated with a explanation.

the i3 would be fine for just gaming but streaming/ video editing require multitasking capabilities which the i3 doesn't really have. Even though the i3 has hyperthreading, I wouldn't recommend it. For your budget you may want to look into the fx6300.
