Heres a Acer Aspire with a i5 & 840M 2gb GPU for $639.00 although its not out until 2/6/15: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314807

The headset/mouse is more of a personal preference but I'd go with a Turtle Beach headset and for the mouse either Logitech or EVGA is good.

For $650 you could build a significantly better desktop. I built this on PCPartpicker for a bit over $650 and would be faster then that I5. Also I5 mobile chips are only dual cores with quad threads (similar to I3 desktop chips).

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor ($109.99 @ NCIX US)...

i've got pc, and your answer is really good thou. but can you get me an asus laptop instead of acer? i need laptop good enough for recording while playing. That keyboard and mouse is a good choice, ill think of it. and the acer maybe ill think of it too cuz its cheaper than asus. That post generally does solved my question, im just thinking of some option that could be considered.

This is the cheapest Asus I could find but its still way above your posted budget of 650$ but it has a slower CPU and lower end GPU. The Acer will be a much better laptop for the price and is still a very reputable company. Or saving up more for a better laptop may be another option but I would still go with Acer, you will get a better performance/price over Asus.
