What can I improve?

I want to start streaming content and recording videos but my computer isn't good enough to keep up with high resolution or good quality, it stutters and freezes while recording or streaming and even lowering the quality doesn't help so i'm wondering what I can improve to make my computer record and stream 1080p quality with atleast 60+ frames. Here's my current build:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.40 Ghz
GPU: GeForce GTX 660 SC edition
Ram: 8 GB
1 TB HDDR
PSU: Corsair CX 600
Motherboard: MSI H87-G43
Standard fan cooling.

All feedback is appreciated as long as it's constructed. I know my build isn't that good so saying that it sucks isn't needed. I'm well aware. My budget is pretty limited. I just want an idea of things I can save up for though so I have something for future reference.

go for an i5 at the 4--- series (not very profound in Intel's lineup so I wont be much of an assistance)
If anything grab a GTX 960 if you want; besides that your build is pretty good.

I'd start of with another 8 gigs of RAM and a SSD just to save your streams on and the same to keep the stuff you want to stream on.

You should be shooting for a CPU upgrade first.

Your motherboard can support a 4670k or a 4770k
