What can i keep from my mac pro 2009

Hi guys i have mac pro 2009 2.66 32gb ram i would like to switch to PC but would like to keep my xeon processor and memory i have about 1500 for new build. What motherboard would you recommend for dual xeon 2.66 i will also be ruining 2 gtx 770 32gb memory

Also I am a VfX artist that is using octane render and i need 2 graphic cards to run octane. Right now in my mac i have GTX770 and 5770 GTX is ruining on separate power and i dont have space to put another GTX i alos upgraded this mac with SSD and HD. I would like to move from mac to PC but would love to salvage as much as i can.

Don't save the processors. A working Mac Pro is worth a whole heck of a lot more than selling it for parts. Leave in the CPU, format the hard drive (seven pass wipe), reinstall the latest Mac OS X it can run, leave in the 32GB RAM and Radeon 5770 (is that the actual Mac Model). Otherwise you'll turn a $700 to $900 computer into a $100 to $200 trash heap. If that isn't an actual Mac model video card then toss in the old one instead. If you still have it.

You can buy two functioning Xeon X5550 CPUs for $10 total on eBay. Which is what you are pulling.

You can buy 32GB (8x4GB) DDR3 server memory for $30 to $40.

Edit: If you are feeling adventurous. You could flash your 2009 Mac Pro with the 2010 Mac Pro firmware. Then toss in a pair of Xeon x5670, x5675 or x5680 CPUs. For $90 to $120. Turning your 8 core 2.66Ghz Mac Pro into a 12 core 2.93Ghz to 3.33Ghz monster. Worth $1,000 to $1,300.

Then you will have plenty of money to buy a used 2xLGA1366 server/workstation motherboard with enough PCI-e slots, a pair of used quad core or hexa core Xeons, 64GB ECC DDR3, case, PSU, bootable SATA III PCI-e x4 card, &c.
