What can i reuse an old i5 3570k for?

My old computer served me great, but she has been retired a year ago. Now i'm left with a pile of parts that aren't really useful for gaming anymore. I'm wondering if i can reuse them? I was thinking a router but i really don't need a super beefy router, so here i am asking for ideas. I have everything i need except for a motherboard which is super expensive now

the ivybridge is still a great performer XD it'll handle 1080p/1440p just fine [with a proper GPU of course]
right now, i'm using an i5 2400 + 1050ti, and i kick ass on almost all games @768p [ my system will struggle a bit on 1080p imo]

things u need to do:
if ur GPU is very old, get a new one (GTX 1060 or RX 580) / if u're on a budget + PSU is weak [400w-ish], get a 1050ti instead
if ur RAM is below 8, upgrade it
if ur PSU is old and weak [low wattage], replace it, something like a Corsair TXM / RMx or EVGA GQ/G2/G3 is recommended since ur system can be overclocked
if ur old mobo is a non-Z mobo, buy a used Z mobo somewhere XD

u can definitely still use the CPU and Case at very least [HDD if urs is still fast and good to go]
