What can I run with this

I have a Intel core 2 3.14ghz, a ATI Radon HD 4550 and 8gbs of ram, I was wondering what kind of games I could run with that? Would I be able to run the game Rust?

Your gpu performance is on par with intel hd 3000, the integrated graphics included in Sandy Bridge. You will be able to play some older games like the one below on medium or low settings:

Call of duty 4,
Fallout 3,
Left for dead 2,
Warcraft 3,
Prince of Persia the two thrones,
Need for speed most wanted,
Burnout Paradise,
DiRT,
Resident Evil 4
Minecraft

To run the newer games you really do need a much more capable gpu, but not everyone wants to do that.
