What can i run ?

Hello guys .. I would like to know what games can i run with this system ..
Cpu: I7 4770
Gpu:Amd radeon hd 8350
8gb Ram 1600mhz
Windows 8
1tb hdd
120 gb ssd
So i like gaming ... Can i play new games like dragon age or shadow of mordor in 1080 ? If not what could i change to play them in 1080 in decent graphics ... Budget option please ... Thank you for your time , you are awesome.

Can you tell us your budget? I would say something like R9 270's or 280's can be a great choice at 150/200$. Should be great performers at 1080p.
