I usually play Overwatch and wanted to play COD modern warfare but it lags so much on my pc. And if the budget allows a good monitor will also be nice.

oh ok would you mind posting a build couple hundred more expensive, like $1000 or $1200. Thanks for the time. Really appreciate it!

Here you go. Unfortunately power supplies are quite hard to find right now as everyone seems to be out of stock. Expect to add 100 to 130 to to the total price listed below since out of stock items arent added

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MyvKb8

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor ($294.14 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard ($114.99 @ Best Buy)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory ($84.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X Video Card ($499.99 @ B&H)...
From your old build you can reuse the SSD, the case fans, and the case if you want. The RAM couold be reused but with a Ryzen build it would hurt performance be that speed. You might also be able to reuse the PSU but that a pretty bad PSU and I would suggest upgrading it.

This list includes a PSU. You will also need a new copy of Windows but read this first

More then can handle it at 1080P 60-120 framerate so you will be good.

Ooops just realized the case you already have is only a mATX case so the motherboard I chose will not fit in it. Here is a compatible mobo for it:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/kR...x-micro-atx-am4-motherboard-b450m-pro-vdh-max

or you can buy a new case:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FC...mpered-glass-atx-mid-tower-case-ph-ec300ptgbk

If you want I could also do a cheaper build that you could then probably buy a new better monitor, just let me know.

ill probably add couple hundred if it will be enough for a good monitor. Or do you suggest saving more for a better build?

If you can afford a monitor on top of the build I suggested then I woudl do that. If you want to save money on a slightly less powerful build here:

CPU is not on PCPartspicker, but its the Ryzen 1600AF, which is essentially a slightly slower Ryzen 2600 but only costs 85 USD. Great CPU for the price and for 60-120 fps gamins is perfect. If you look around for it it is the Ryzen 1600 YD1600BBAFBOX. The 1600 without the AF in the part number is the older Ryzen 1600.

Out of stock on Amazon unfortunately https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Processor-Wraith-Stealth-Cooler/dp/B07XTQZJ28.

I added the 85 USD of the new CPU into the total price. Also included the PSU, since you really should get a better one.

Good luck. And remember to use https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/get-windows-10-free-or-cheap,5717.html to get an OEM copy of Windows. Or just spend the extra money and get a retail copy, the 100 buck OEM one MS sells is an utter rip off.
will do thank you! and what white case do you think will work best with the build? and btw the last build you posted is showing Compatibility: Warning! These parts have potential issues or incompatibilities. See details below. on pcpartpicker not really sure what it means

The BIOS warning is because B450 mobos came out with Ryzen 2000 chips, however the MSI MAX line are specifically updated for Ryzen 3000.

The RAM clearance wont be an issue with a stock AMD cooler.

As far as case, you can use whateve case you like, just be sure that the case supports the mobo size factor, so a full size mobo is a ATX and then the smaller mobos are mATX (Micro ATX) or ITX. The Tomahawk MAX is a standard ATX size mobo.

i ordered the CPU and GPU and for the case i was thinking about getting the P350x vs the P300 based on the review. Or the Meshify C by Fractal Designs
