Hello, so it's been about 3 or 4 years since i lasted upgraded my computer. My budget is around $100-150 just for the graphics card. If necessary i can upgrade other parts of my computer too. If i do need to upgrade other parts please list what i can upgrade it to! thank you so much!! I'll try to list all the parts of my computer.

Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P Socket AM3+ 760G mATX AMD Motherboard
Graphics Card: icooler radeon hd 7770 1024mb gddr5
Processor: Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 34ghz Boxed processor
Power Supply: TR2 Series 500 Watt ATX
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3-1333 (two 4gb ram sticks)

well for 160$ you can get yourself a very nice GTX 1050Ti 4GB card, which can run essentially every single game available on the market today, but you might have to turn some settings down in very demanding games.

would this over stress the other parts of my computer by installing this graphics card you recommended?

well if any stress occurs, it will be on the graphics card, which might experience bottlenecking in some games, since that proccessor isn't very good, but the graphics card itself won't stress other components

I have two possible upgrades:
1. Get an SSD, use it for your OS and maybe a game or two, and your other programs. Use your current hard drive for everything else. Get an RX 460 or GTX 1050, whichever is cheaper. This is if you don't have an SSD yet.
2. Get a 1050, if you need to save money, or a 1050 Ti if you can spend a bit more. This is if you already have an SSD or just want a videocard.

An SSD will breathe new life into your computer.

what would the SSD do to breathe a new life into my computer?
