It's just a generic HP brand PSU, and it delievers 180 watts.

Motherboard/CPU/RAM/PSU/case...all work together, and proprietary.
Especially in an old office level system from HP or Dell.

Change one part, and multiple other things need to change.
Especially with a 180 watt PSU.

A newer better GPU will require a new PSU to power it.
Which doesn't work with the current proprietary motherboard.
New motherboard wouldn't work with the existing CPU and RAM.

These things were not built to be upgradeable. They are simple office level systems.

You're looking at a whole new system, not a simple 'upgrade'.
