Solution
Depending on your budget you can do several things. Keep in mind you don't have a dedicated gpu, it is integrated in your CPU, or as AMD calls it APU.
The cheapest option to get a boost is upgrade your ram since the APU doesn;t have its own vram but uses the system ram. The faster the ram the better, so 2133mhz will be a good upgrade (assuming you now have 1600mhz ram).
A better option is to buy a dedicated gpu. Since your APU (i'm guessing a A8 6600K) isn't very powerful I wouldn't recommend anything better than a R9 280. Since you're at 1080p it wouldn't be necessary anyways. So a good option of GPU would be R9 270 or R9 280 or a GTX 750 or GTX 960.

Keep in mind that you might have to upgrade your psu as well if buying a dedicated...

It's quite hard to tell without much in the way of detail - no information on your PSU and not much information given on your CPU. I'm *assuming* you have an A8-6600k in there given the 3.90 GHz, but I can't be 100% sure.

It's not really a gaming PC, so if you want to really make it run well, you'll need at a minimum a real, dedicated gaming GPU such as the ones Shakeel recommends. You'll likely also need a new, proper PSU assuming this is a pre-built. And if you want to move beyond the budget level, you likely want to be looking at a new motherboard/CPU pair.

Without better information as to what you have, what your budget is, and what your exact needs are, it's hard to give you a more specific answer.
