What can I upgrade?

A while back I got a desktop got a all in one pc for christmas. It was an Inspiron 20 3000. It has an intel pentium j3710 and integrated graphics. I upgraded the ram to 8gb. I can play csgo at lowest settings @ 20 fps.
What can I upgrade the cpu to? And if I upgrade the cpu, should I get a external GPU?

CPU is not upgradable as the J3710 is BGA(soldered to the motherboard). AN EGPU would require modification to get to the mini pci-e port(currently likely has a wireless card in it. and would have a horrible cost to performance ratio given the time and parts required, you'd also have to use an external monitor. Save your money till you can get a buy/build desktop.
Budget build that is faster than your AIO.

No upgrades are going to make this system play csgo on an acceptable level. Egpu might be possible but by the time you have all the things for it you could've almost bought a new way better machine for the price.
