In that case, welcome to the PC master race!

About this computer: It is definitely able to run all the games you listed on their maximum graphics settings at 60FPS.
It is cheaper to build a computer yourself but since you are 13 I dont think you should trouble yourself with the risks and time you would use.

The cyber power PC you linked is very good and will last you a long time.

Pretty solid build there kiddo, nice choice!
Very good looking as well.

With that you'll be able to play about any game you want alongside a 1080p 60Hz monitor(That i suppose you will get later) with maxed-out graphic settings at stable 60 FPS.

Even though you are 13 and building a PC may seem like a daunting challenge I would look up some videos on it, its not as hard as you may think I built my first PC at 13 and now I work as an IT consultant at just 16., getting into this field can seem daunting but you thank yourself later.
