What can vive do with oculus

I have some friends that have oculus rifts but im getting a vive what can i do with them and can i join ther oculus home or something like that.

Anything and everything on Steam.

The only thing you can't do, are Oculus Only Release titles. (there aren't many.)
All the multiplayer games are software specific, not hardware.

For instance.. if you play Star Trek VR, you will find a lot of PSVR players. You can tell, because they lose tracking really easily.
