Is this build okay for playing Online games like Dota 2, CS:Go, Black Ops and other steam games such as Skyrim, DayZ, Shadow of Mordor and maybe Battlefield 4. In High settings? I'm not sure with my GPU. Maybe you can suggest something better

Solution
My pick:

-Drop to a H97 chipset motherboard. Don't worry... You can still overclock it with stock to 4GHz (a memeber on the forum did it today with 60 Celsius).

-8GB of RAM.

-R9 270X.

I know that you are on a tight budget and my recommendations are most likely to exceed your budget but the R9 270X is able to play on 60FPS on High.

At a range of 250$-270$ And i live in the Philippines. Prices will have increases. Not exactly the same as U.S shops. You can buy things cheaper in your country.

Can you be specific wit the MotherBoards?

Are an i3 4130,any H81 motherboard,8GB of RAM and a GTX 750 Ti or R7 260X in your budget?
And what PSU will you be using?

Haven't checked those prices yet. But i checked a Zotac version of that card here and its worth 162 USD

@rockie He needs RAM too,and by getting those parts you recommended,it'd be way over his $270 budget.
@Zack I'd then get the G3258,an ASUS/Gigabyte H81 motherboard,8GB RAM and an R7 260(X)/GTX 750(Ti). Don't expect massive performance in MP though,as a Dual core really isn't good for that.An i3 would be a better option. If that's out of your budget, stick with the Pentium.Singleplayer, you'll be able to play that at medium settings on all those games.

I'm planning to keep the PC like 3-4 Years or 4-5 if possible. So would you please give me the Final build that you think would last longer and even play games. I usually play like 5 hours a day sometimes.

Haha,no,you'd maybe play those games at medium-high,but if you're using an i3,you can feel the difference between the Pentium G3258 in MP.That's for sure. :)
You won't be able to keep it for a long time,I reckon you'll have to upgrade it in about 2 years.
