Processor: Phenom II X4 940 3.0ghz 4x512kb Quad-Core Processor Box (Black Edition)
Motherboard: MSI 790GX DDR3
Video Card: PALIT HD 4870 PCS+ 1Gb/256bit ddr5 (OC Ed')
PSU: Corsair 620watts
RAM: 4 gb DDR3 1333 (2 x2gb)
HDD: 500gb 7200rpm

RAM: 4 gb DDR3 1333 (2 x2gb)

The motherboard and ram are not compatible with that cpu, the 940 is DDR2 only you need a AM3 cpu like the 955 to use DDR3 or a AM2/2+ mptherboard and DDR2 to keep the 940.
