Hello guys, I know this is another push-pin related thread, but here's the story
I've recently replaced the tim on my cpu with arctic silver 5, and while looking in my case I found one of my heatsink's push pins (white clip thing) was actually broken! :ouch:
The heatsink is firm and doesn't move, and my CPU temps appear pretty normal.
But I'm worried the broken pushpin might cause damage to my motherboard, or won't fully cool my processor, so I'm looking for a new preferable low-profile heatsink.

Is the Xilence LGA1156 any good? It's compatible with my 1155 and I will be replacing the thermal paste with the AS5, and I have no plan of overclocking.

With one of these missing the pressure won't be equal over the lid, but it won't damage the motherboard as it is not heavy.
The Xilence looks like the Intel's stock cooler. If low profile is an issue, there are better options with better cooling IMO.
