What card best suits me, Help me figure this out.

I posted a full post in the CPU section. Basically I spent waaay to much time researching the AMD Spider build and now I have come to the realization that ....the phenom sucks.. hahaha. So help me pick out a good Platform( I really don’t know anything about Intel. But its what I want now.) Link is below:
